Acceptance

By using Pray, operated by Lets All Pray LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service and to follow all applicable laws and guidelines.

Beta / Soft-Launch

Pray is offered on a soft-launch/beta basis. Features may change, and the service is provided as it improves toward general availability.

Your Account & Age

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

Acceptable Use & Community Rules

Be respectful and supportive. Harassment, hate speech, and spam are not allowed.

When you share in Community Prayer, your first name and state/region are shown with your content. Do not post others’ private information.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the prayers and content you share.

Community activity is recorded in an append-only history. Deleting your account unlinks your identity from that activity — the identifiers tying it to you are removed or hidden — but the history entries themselves are not erased.

Salvation announcements are an exception: a first name and country you confirm for publication remain public and permanent, and are not retracted by account deletion unless a future removal process is added.

Your on-device personal prayer and journal data is not stored on our servers and is removed only by uninstalling the app or clearing its data.

AI Features & Disclaimers

Pray may use AI to help generate prayer wording for guided sessions. AI-generated wording is a devotional aid, may be imperfect, and is not spiritual, pastoral, medical, legal, or other professional advice.

On current features we send only session configuration to our AI provider; if you create a custom session, the name and description you write are sent to generate that session’s content. See our AI Disclosure.

Payments & Current Founders Period

Pray may offer paid support or membership options. If offered, payments would be handled by a third-party payment processor; Pray does not store your card details. Deleting your account unlinks your personal data from support records, but minimal financial and entitlement records are retained for financial record-keeping, and access can be recovered with the same verified payment identity.

Pray is currently in a limited-time Founders period. During this period, Pray plans to offer a Founders support model as a paid monthly subscription that supports the mission. It is a subscription, not a tax-deductible charitable donation. This Founders-period offering is temporary and may change after the Founders period ends.

If specific Founders-period pricing, refund, or membership terms apply, they will be presented at the time of enrollment or support selection.

Moderation

We may remove content that violates these terms or our guidelines, or that harms the community.

We review reports as reasonably possible. There is no guaranteed review or response time. Reviewer identities are not disclosed.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to the community.

You can delete your account at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our Responsibilities & Limitation of Liability

We provide Pray on an “as is” basis and work to keep it available and secure.

Pray and Lets All Pray LLC are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
